Our Approach

Every engagement starts with a diagnostic conversation. The goal of that first call is to identify the real constraint your business is hitting right now, not to sell a package off the shelf. Most consulting work fails because the prescription does not match the constraint: tuning a process for a business that does not yet have enough customers, or chasing more customers for a business that cannot yet serve the ones it has. Knowing the constraint comes first. Scope comes after.

Once scope is set, the work runs on a small number of repeatable habits. Baselines before complexity on any data or ML problem. Frameworks named where they are used, so you can sanity-check the reasoning and reuse it after the engagement ends. The slower, more repetitive parts of an engagement get automated under the hood, so the hours you pay for are spent on the decisions that actually require judgment. And a deliberately small client list, so engagements get senior attention end to end rather than the partner-pitch, associate-execute pattern.
